Last week we stumbled upon a cute café on Regent’s Park Road in Primrose Hill called Ripe Kitchen. The cafe has been open for about a month and we’ve already fallen in love with it. It is very cute inside and out with only a few tables and offers a small but healthy menu. Catering to the vegans, they do mostly hefty salads and healthy sandwiches and also specialise in teas. We spoke to the staff and they said they would be launching fresh juices in the next coming weeks. For lunch we tried to the spinach, couscous and butternut squash salad and the kale, radish and avocado salad. Both were filling and delicious.
All the products Ripe Kitchen use are locally sourced and their staff is trained to know the origins of all their ingredients, from their freshly baked bread from North London and their coffee beans roasted in East London and prepared by their onsite expert Barista. Their specialty is vegan, gluten free, dairy free and low fat food so you can indulge without ruining your summer diet plans!
So this summer go sit outside, bask in the sun on Primrose Hill and grab a bite at Ripe Kitchen.
