Best Spinning Classes in London

Soul Cycle, the American cult spinning movement, is rumoured to be scouting for it’s first London location. Their first UK studio will be opening sometime this year and we can’t wait to give it a try. As much as we love most things that come over from that side of the pond, we’re pretty proud of our fellow British brands so we thought we’d compile a list of our top spinning venues around the capital.

I’m sure you’ve seen all the tweets and instagram photos of this beautiful new studio in the City. Probably the swankiest workout space we’ve ever seen. Full review.

Oncore
For me, a non-spinner, I absolutely loved this class. I love dancing and the Oncore instructors really know how to make the session feel like a choreographed music video rather than a standard spinning class! Full review.

AquAllure
Spinning with a twist! AquAllure offers underwater cycling classes. The water in the pool creates the resistance but you stay cool and comfortable the whole time! Full review.

Psycle
Disco lights, headsets and old school dance moves are what you’ll experience during a Psycle class. A little out too there for some but a joy for others! Full review.

Next on our spin list to try is Edge Cycle. Let us know if you have any more suggestions! In the meantime, keep pedalling.
