Review of Total Chi Yoga Bar

A new yoga studio has opened on Baker Street! We’ve been anticipating its launch since we saw it under construction. We would pop our heads into the window everyday to see its transformation into a lovely clean white interior.

When Total Chi finally opened, we were the first ones in to take a tour and sign up for their intro offer - buy one get one free. The studio is absolutely stunning. Upstairs there’s a café serving fresh juices, smoothies and coffee. And downstairs, there are two practice rooms,...

Vinyasa Flow at Evolve Wellness Centre

Shaleena and I signed up for a 1 week trial of ClassPass this week. We had planned on trying out around 5 classes during this time but after being completely annihilated after our session at Gym Class on Monday (see previous posts), we needed at least two full rest days!

On Saturday, I tried Yoga at the Shard with Yogasphere. It’s been on my wish list for a while but...

I’ve been a regular at Triyoga Primrose Hill for about two years so I was devastated when I heard that they were closing. The studio was just a ten minute walk from my house, so perfect for last minute yoga cravings. It’s a slightly longer walk from home, but the new Camden studio absolutely beautiful!

The building was originally a piano factory, so it’s full of open space and natural light. There are now four...
