Black and Light Yoga

Last night I went for a black light yoga class with Black and Light Yoga. They organise awesome pop up events around London about once a month. Trying one of their classes has been on my to do list for a while now, so when I realised their December event was just 10 minutes away from my house, I knew I had to book myself in. This week I took a class with Yogasphere at the Albany Club in Camden. Yogasphere is the company that organises Yoga at the Shard, which I’ve wanted to try for the longest time but could never quite justify paying £40 for a yoga class on my current startup budget!

Yoga on Selfridges Rooftop

Living in London can be quite stressful, going to work, looking after your family and running those tedious errands around the city. Well, if you a have a moment to yourself try yoga on Selfridges rooftop. Run by Triyoga, the classes are every Tuesday from July 1st to September 2nd and range from hatha to vinyasa, the styles vary depending on your class. The cost is £20 if you pre book online or drop in on the day for £25.

Review of Indaba Yoga

We’ve been working our way through all the best London yoga studios and Indaba Yoga was next on our list for places to try. I signed up for the introductory special – 10 days unlimited classes for £25. So far, I’ve tried the Ashtanga Open Level class and the Vinyasa Flow Open Level class.
