Zaina x Bella Collection

We are super excited about the arrival of our new Zaina x Bella collection, featuring the work of upcoming artist, Zaina Al Hizami! We met Zaina a few years ago at a party and immediately fell in love with her colourful, geometric artwork. After a few drinks, Shaleena and I (we're literally never apart) came up with the idea to print her artwork onto Lycra and create a limited edition Bella Kinesis collection. It took a lot of sketches, multiple trial prints and several...

Bellas in Peru

Bellas in Peru

In August, the Bella founders went to Peru and hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. We booked our tour with Wayki Trek, which prides itself on being the only tour company entirely run by indigenous people. The service was amazing. We were provided with porters to carry up to 8kg of our stuff and, chefs who cooked us amazing three course meals and helpers to set up our sleeping, dining and bathroom tents.
Here’s a thorough break down of what we were in for during our...

Review of Total Chi Yoga Bar

A new yoga studio has opened on Baker Street! We’ve been anticipating its launch since we saw it under construction. We would pop our heads into the window everyday to see its transformation into a lovely clean white interior.

It was the biggest disaster in the history of the garment industry. Since then, each year on the 24th, consumers have used social media to call out brands and companies on who exactly made their clothes.

Ethical fashion has been on trend recently but what does it really mean? For us, it means taking responsibility for how our clothing is made as...

Spring Wellness Festival at Ethos Spitalfields

This weekend we hosted a two day Spring Wellness event at Ethos, a new studio in Old Spitalfields Market. The studio has an attached bar which has an amazing view of the stalls below. The bar comes fully stocked and specialises in low sugar cocktails, using only fresh ingredients.

Ethos is still under construction, but that hasn’t stopped them from having a pre-launch and filling up classes. Their first studio opened in Cambridge and they have an exciting mix of classes from Bikram Yoga, TRX, ballet/barre and cycling.
