Last week we booked in for a spinning class at Lomax in Chelsea. The studio had been on our wishlist for a while, so we were quite excited to find out that they offer your first class for free! The studio is stunning. When you walk in they have a full canteen called Grill Market with freshly made healthy food and juices. The walls are covered in chalkboards describing the freshly made meal options and class timings. The studio was surprisingly spacious for such a...

Review of ClassPass

ClassPass is the newest fitness trend to hit London. For £89 a month you get access to unlimited classes across the city’s hottest studios. Shaleena and I signed up for a one week trial last week so wanted to share our thoughts on the concept.

Pros:

The first thing we did was sign up for a class at Gym Class in Holland Park, having seen it constantly pop up on our instagram we were extremely excited. Only a five-minute walk from the tube...

Ashtanga at Yogaloft

When I first took up yoga, I started with a 6-week beginner Ashtanga course but lately I’ve been trying different types of yoga. Ashtanga is very regimented, so it’s great to practice at home as you know exactly what to do but can sometimes feel a bit too repetitive for me. I could feel my strength building, but I was also secretly (well not that secretly) longing to be able to get myself into all the cool...
