We offer FREE standard delivery in the UK. Speedy delivery is £4.00. Delivery will normally take 1-2 working days for Speedy and 3-5 working days for Standard delivery. However, dispatch can occasionally be subject to minor delays. The customer will be informed upon dispatch of items. In the event of severe delays e.g. Christmas period, the customer will be notified before purchase. If you think an item has been lost in post, please contact us immediately so we can rectify this problem.
Our deliveries are made by Royal Mail and require a signature. If no one is at home to sign for the item, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail Delivery Office for you to collect it, or to arrange a redelivery. You will receive a ‘Something for you’ card telling you this, which will have details of both the address and opening hours of the local Delivery Office. If you have any special posting requirements, please email us at the time of your order email@example.com.
If you wish to return your purchase, we ask that you contact our customer service with your order number within 14 working days of receiving the item. Customers will be responsible for returning the item as well as for postal charges. A refund will only be issued once we have received the item. All returned items must be unworn and still have labels attached.
If you have received a faulty product please contact us within 14 business days of the date of receipt. We will either issue a refund or send you a new item free of charge.
Sale items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
