Fun fact! Did you know your skin is the biggest organ? Drinking water first thing in the morning can kick starts your metabolism and gives you more energy than coffee or tea. And for all you mature women out there, water can take off up to 10 years on your face! When you are dehydrated your body pulls water from your tissues, which make you look older. Water keeps your skin moist and germs and irritants out. This means loss of dark shadows, red blotches and possibly even wrinkles.
